The house is located 5 minutes from the small port of Cattolica and from where you can reach the beautiful equipped and free beaches of Romagna, 5 minutes from the center and from Via Bovio (central street) with all the shops and bars, restaurants.
Space
The property, very bright and well-kept, has its own independent entrance directly from the parking space.
It consists of a large double bedroom with a wardrobe that surrounds the entire headboard of the bed, a single bed; a bathroom with spacious shower cabin, sink, toilet, bidet, hairdryer and Welcome-Kit with shampoo, shower gel and body lotion.
The living area has a living room with sofa (possibly convertible into a queen-size bed) and a beautiful, fully equipped open kitchen which has a fridge, freezer, microwave, coffee machine and complete set of utensils.

From the living area, through the large window, you access the patio where we find an outdoor garden table area, where you can enjoy your favorite dishes in complete peace and tranquility.

Also on the patio you can find a small house where a washing machine has been placed inside and there is a small bathroom with shower and toilet which can also be used to take a quick shower as soon as you return from the sea.

The apartment is air conditioned with air conditioning and heating and has free Wi-Fi.
It is equipped with quality sheets and towels and has a washing machine.

You can park your car right in front of the entrance door.

About 50 meters away, if you don't want to cook, you can find Pescevia, an excellent delicatessen where you can eat or take away the freshly cooked catch of the day.

At 400 meters and just 5 minutes you arrive at Piazzale Marina d'Italia which leads to several restaurants and the seafront promenade.

In just 15/25 minutes you can reach very famous and renowned destinations such as Misano, Riccione and Rimini.


The apartment can accommodate up to a maximum of 5 people and upon request, if necessary, you can have a cot for the little ones.
We are close to everything in a few minutes from the relaxation of the hilly areas surrounding the organized and equipped beaches, but also to fun.
